Good afternoon team,

There seems to be some ambiguities as to the instruction to cease all in-person activities and training. The only exception to this is AUTHORIZED MCC response and outreach activities. Authorized meaning I, the General MUST give personal approval to a request sent to me in writing outling what the response or outreach encompasses, what personnel will be detailed to it, and if ALL COVID-19 pandemic precautions are being observed.
