Good morning team,

Please find attached the amendment of General Commander Order #013-2020 which deals with uniforms. This order now includes provisions for appearance and fit.

Here is an excerpt from the document:

"Appearance

All cadets must maintain a high standard of dress and appearance. Uniforms will fit properly; trousers, pants, or skirts should not fit tightly; and cadets must keep uniforms clean and serviceable and press them, as necessary.

Cadets represent a higher calling and therefore, must project an image that leaves no doubt that they live by the common standard of a Uniformed Service organization and are responsible for ordering and uniformed discipline. Cadets will ensure that articles carried in pockets do not protrude from the pocket or present a bulky appearance.

Grooming

Hair, beards, sideburns, and mustaches must be clean and neatly groomed. Hair must be properly restrained for its length and job assignment. Hair must be maintained in a neat appearance. Hair must be worn neat and clean and able to fit under the beret or other official headgear. It shall not be worn in a manner that extends beyond the top edge of the uniform shirt collar when standing erect. If it looks wild and unkept, it is not uniformed or acceptable."
