NEC MCC PARTICIPATION AT AU CAMPOREE CANCELED

Good morning, MCCs,
Blessing to all. Under much debate and lack of information and the safety of the cadets I and some of my staff have decided to cancel the detail for Atlantic Union Camporee. In other words Northeastern MCCs will not attend the Camporee. For those of you who signed up for the detail can help us out at Hispanic Camp. Thank you for your service

Dig Out the Hydrants!

MCC personnel, please adhere to this assignment as previously requested. Also, in NYC there are some paid shoveling opportunities for the able-bodied.

Blizzard Alert for the Northeast Corridor

Dear team,
In light of the pending winter storm and blizzard, I am requesting that first, you and your family do everything to personally prepare for it.

The MCC assignment at this point is two-fold:
1. Please ensure that the seniors of our congregations and community have food, medication and warmth.
2. Please dig out as many fire Hydrants as you can in teams. No one is to venture out alone.

We remain on alert. If the ECC or the EOC is activated by the conference administration through the Director-General, we will send out additional information. Please be prepared and remember your training.

June 10, 2025

Dear NEC Youth Leaders,
Thank you for your presence at the funeral service of Pastor Trevor H.C. Baker, former President of Northeastern Conference. Your attendance, adorned in your Class A uniforms, was a unified expression of honor, as well as a ministry of comfort, strength, and solidarity. You stood as witnesses to a life well lived and a servant well loved.

Your reverence and readiness reminded us that even in grief, we are still on duty for the
Kingdom. Those who desired to be present but were unable to attend—your prayers,
thoughts, and spirit of support were felt and appreciated. Your commitment as leaders
continues to be a reflection of the heart and strength of Northeastern Conference Youth and Young Adult Ministry.

May God continue to bless you as you serve with excellence, humility, and grace.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Dr. Paula Olivier, Director
